He (Kamil)'s got the info slightly wrong, as that's not actually a "Defender", just a One Ten. It's also a 3.5 V-8, which means twin SU carbs. I think his particular one is one of the first to have a RR style transfer case instead of part-time 4wd, but he could have either.
Really, though, it's worth every penny of the asking price - but is probably at that price due to the RHD.
